Two ways to buy
Most pieces can be bought Ready to ship from our US warehouse, or Made to order in our Karachi studio. You choose under "Delivery" on the product page, and the delivery time and shipping charge are shown before you pay.

Ready to ship (United States)
Shipping is free on ready-to-ship orders within the United States. Orders leave our US warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–4 business days after dispatch, so 3–5 days in total. US customers pay no customs duties or import taxes.

Made to order (United States)

• Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted for you in Karachi, Pakistan, in your chosen standard size or to the measurements you give us on the product page.
• Delivery takes 3–4 weeks from the date of your order. This covers making your piece and shipping it to you.
• Shipping is a flat $25 per order, shipped by Skynet courier with all duties and import taxes paid. You will not be charged anything on delivery.
• Made-to-order pieces ship separately from any ready-to-ship items in the same order, so you may receive two parcels.
• We make pieces in small batches. When a batch is full, the made-to-order option shows as sold out until the next batch opens.
• If we cannot ship your order within the time shown, we will email you before that date with a new delivery date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
• You can cancel a made-to-order piece within 24 hours of ordering, before we start making it. After that, made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect. See our Return & Exchange page.

Discounts and promotions
There are currently no automatic discounts or minimum-spend free-shipping offers on our US store. Any promotion we run will be shown on the website, and its terms will be shown at checkout.

Where we ship
Our US store ships within the United States only. Shopping from outside the US? Visit our international store at zlooms.com, which ships worldwide from Pakistan.
