How do I know my size?
ZLOOMS pieces come in sizes XS to XL. Our size guide converts your bust measurement to ZLOOMS and US sizes, and each product page has its exact size chart. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp or email info@zlooms.com with your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will recommend the right size.
How long does delivery take in the US?
Ready-to-ship orders leave our US warehouse in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–4 days later, with free US shipping. Made-to-order pieces are made for you in Karachi and arrive in 3–4 weeks, duty paid, for a flat $25 shipping charge.
Do I pay customs or duties?
No. Ready-to-ship orders come from our US warehouse, and made-to-order pieces are shipped duty paid by Skynet, so US customers pay nothing extra on delivery.
What does "unstitched" mean?
Unstitched means the fabric is sold uncut, for you to have tailored. Everything on zloomsus.com is stitched and finished, so no tailoring is needed. Ready-to-ship pieces come in standard sizes. Made-to-order pieces can be made in a standard size or to your own measurements, which you enter on the product page.
What is the difference between lawn, butter silk and slub silk?
Lawn is a light, breathable cotton for everyday and warm-weather wear. Slub silk has a subtly textured weave and more body, ideal for brunches, work and dinners. Butter silk is smooth and fluid with a soft sheen, used for our festive hand-embroidered kaftans. Read our full fabric guide for more.
